Atmosphere changing here for worse: Senators I have been working with though still willing to help are not so enthusiastic and some of them alleging leaders believe charge against Frank. In Chicago Frank's meeting successful but mayor absented himself presumably on advice from Washington: I am seeing Farley1 in New York tomorrow to concentrate on getting open statement from British they will not attack
